Organic MCT Coconut Oil - MCTs get their name because of the length of their chemical structure. All types of fatty acids are made up of strings of connected carbon and hydrogen. Compared to longer-chain fatty acids, MCTs are absorbed more easily since there’s less work for the body to do breaking apart carbon bonds. MCTs are smaller, so they can permeate our cell membranes more easily and don’t require that we use special enzymes in order for our bodies to utilize them. Organic coconut MCT oil is derived from the flesh of coconuts through a process called fractionation. This process separates the MCTs from the other components of coconut oil, resulting in a product that contains a higher concentration of medium-chain triglycerides.

Laska’s Opinion - Foria Intimacy Products are quite nice - very high standard with their list of ingredients. However with allergies and skin issues you should read these lists as some people who experience allergies to seeds and nuts. Many of the ingredients used are organic and of course that is reflected in the final price for these products. Yes they are a bit more expensive however you are using high quality ingredients.

Awaken Arousal Oil - this list of ingredients for a Clitoral Stimulate or Penis Enhancement Oil is excellent. The use of the infusions and oil create a warming or tingling effect in a natural form. The mix of Cacao as well helps with balance. I think my only concerns are the MCT Coconut Oil which works well for most people however some people find the sugars in Coconut Oil can cause irritation for very sensitive skin. So please try a small patch sample on your inner wrist to ensure no allergies.

Suppositories - for women whom have used suppositories their purpose is to insert into the vagina as far inside as you can reach - so these natural products can heal the body. The combination of Shea Butter, MCT Oil and the two flower extracts are the perfect combo to heal your uterus. Please keep these in the fridge or freezer as with the use of Shea Butter and MCT Oil they can melt fast. The only thing I question and is what type of MCT Oil are they using as I could not find the MCT Oil breakdown.

Everyday Vulva Moisturizer - again amazing list of ingredients and the combination of all these ingredients working together creates a very good vvulva moisturizer. I highly recommend this item if you are interested in high quality ingredients which reflects in the high price.

Everyday Body Wash and Oil - again amazing list of ingredients for those who are focused on high quality ingredients in their body products.

One note for all Personal Lubricants - Moisturizers - the ingredients listed in any product reacts different to every different body type. The best defense for Lubrication for women in the vaginal canal is through diet and exercise first as there is not a quick fix to our hormonal balance. We have 22 different levels of bacteria in our bodies and the balance per women is very unique - therefore what works for one might not work for another. Our medical system does not have a general answer yet alone enough money and time with medical research on the female body. So my suggestion: you are what you consume -therefore diet, exercise and calm mind and body is first, research into what ingredients might best for your body and start low and slow in amounts and products. But then that is just my opinion.
