This is my list of the Intense, Personalize Seminars.  Prices start at $60.00 for the seminar with the number of attendees from one to 6 maximum.  (The more attendees - the less individual attention.)  The focus on these seminars is to learn more than the Basic Sex Toy Party; therefore, no alcohol during the seminars as we will be working on techniques and positions.  Alcohol can be served after the seminar.  These seminars are available at your location or my location from Sunday to Thursday - day or evenings.  Call 604-657-7840 to discuss details.

1.  Kegal Exercises & Breathing Techniques - 1 to 1 1/2 hour in length.

Concentrating on the the core muscle workout to incorporate Kegal Exercises at the same time.  Discussing self-pleasure as a form of exercising and deep breathing.  Individual concentration and time per person, ensuring techniques work for each person.  Teaching methods for cleanliness of the vagina and "time of the month & hormones".  Foods & drink suggestions.  This seminar is longer due to individual "work-out or exercise techniques."

Different groups for this section - women before childbirth, women after childbirth (either Vaginal or C-section birth), menopausal women.

2. Angles of Sex Positions - 6 basic positions - individual focussed on what works for your body. One hour in length.

3. Blow Job & Hand Job Techniques . One hour in length.

In my Basic Home Party Seminars we discuss the correct angle of your spine, back and neck and in the intense Blow Job Seminar we will practice the technique on carrots or bananas and ensure the angles are correct for your body type.  Also adding different hand jobs, items fun ideas into the technique.  Adding props and food to Oral Sex.
